I hope commercialism hasn't completely destroyed the festival....
I'm watching BB King live as I write (he plays mean Blues), although he's seated now. The whole thing is covered by the beeb for live airing, including the 2nd stage (on BBC3 tonight). I'll pass on Morrisey and U2 later, but will enjoy Jimmy Cliff's 30 mins.
By the by, looking at the elderly, portly gentlemen, that make up the band on stage, as excellent as they all truly are, I now believe that the BB stands for Beer Belly!
And Jimmy Cliff, albeit recorded from earlier in the day, was excellent, sure knows how to play an audience - another one over 60 - must surely dye the goatee, but otherwise, one fit bugger! Currently watching the soporific U2, they should have watched Jimmy! Reminds me of Joan Baez commenting on Bono from yonks ago, seemingly captivated by his 'beauty', but also making the point that he had a terrible voice! But what the hell, he's rich enough to buy Ireland!

My daughters and friends revel in it. One hell of a drop out from life's shit in the UK
RICHARD OF LOXLEY
It’s none of my business what people say and think of me. I am what I am and do what I do. I expect nothing and accept everything. It makes life so much easier.

It went that way long ago........early to mid 90s was still cool and went there myself a few times, but after that they sold-out and has been so since.
Just another business now despite what the brainwashed think/say.
At last...The Rolling Stones at Glastonbury It was brilliant! -Mick still has a lot of energy for a man who will be 70 years old next month! Wow! his physique is the same if not better than 50 years ago! Dressed in skinny jeans, he was still the "old Mick" I worshiped all those years ago. Strutting a pouting, playing to the audience, awesome! The other members of the band also stood the pace, with some great music on offer. They sure held up to their reputation ....certainly not "fading away" by any means

Good photos, siani - did you take them on your mobile?
No DM I watched it live on the TV Wish I had gone though! It's only about an hours drive from where I live. I last saw the Stones about 50 years ago, just a couple of weeks before they were famous. I was of cause very young then
