Nails gone.

Off to bed.

It's a funny old game. Happy Days! (hopefully when I wake)

It's obviously questionable how many men Man City should have had on the park by the end, but whatever punishment is doled out to Balotelli, it won't get that goal cancelled.
The sad thing is that to me, only one team looked like winning in the last 15 minutes, and it wasn't City.
Have to agree with the Balotelli incident, no excuses, Webb was close enough
What makes it even worse is that I had the score as 2-2 for IKTS... :banghead:
I got a +15 score
Never mind, we've demonstrated once and for all that Spurs have got nothing to worry about against any British side now and that City are far from invincible. Without Lescott for a few weeks, they might be even less invincible!
They can compete no doubt, but we already knew that.
It's all about the reaction now :|

Lescott out? Kompany in
Frankly, I can't be bothered to watch the other game now.
That's a bit like having the starter & leaving the table before the main course :?

Almost - but not quite as they say

Definitely a game of 2 halves

As for that dog turd Balotelli, I hope that the FA will sort him - but sadly it wont change the result - and yes it WAS a penalty - just feel sorry for Ledley King.

Such is footie

I thought City were worth their win and only had themselves to blame by allowing Spurs back into the game. With the exception of the outstanding Bale, I'm not sure what else Spurs really had to offer - Defoes miss?

I initially had this game as 3-2 on IKTS, but unlike other years, I've been chopping and changing all along, so no complaints.

Oops, the Mancs have just scored in 1st-half injury time. Jones is off with what appeared a serious injury and Arsenal have been truly woeful (so far).

I'm still narked with not being able to score against Norwich yesterday, in a game we totally dominated. And sadly, it was painful at times to watch Torres, he is trying so hard, but.....

Chamberlain looks like he's going to be a proper player.

Bales goal was Gerrard-esque.

Agree. Superb equaliser (to spare VP's blushes)!

Er, Wengers just replaced Chamberlain, with erm, Arshavin - am I missing something? VP did/does not look amused.

Nice of the United fans to have a banner about Steven Gerrard at an Arsenal match, not that they are obsessed with LFC or anything. Smalltime.

Good assist by Arshavin for Uniteds 2nd. Class move by Wenger (not).

The press have been on about that filthy foreigner Suarez for being a diver?

The commentators don't mention England's saviour when he is literally diving all over the place, much worse than Suarez, brave lion that he is.

Talk about agendas, Boils my piss.

Rooney is a dick end of... shows it week in week out, on AND off the field. Despise the guy and he truly doesn't deserve to represent his country.

P.S... If spurs play like we did today week in week out we have no problems. Two great games I've watched today... unfortunately the results didn't go!

You are a guy who, judging from previous posts, obviously knows a thing or two about football but I can't understand your above post. Did you actually watch the game or are you just trying to get a reaction :? Can't be further off the mark really mate which is uncharacteristic of you.

For the first time, really, I'm starting to think, whether Wenger has it right. I can somehow understand taking the young Oxlade-Chamberlain off from his first full league match but why, oh why, but Arshavin in. He hasn't had a good match for over a year. If it was necessary to take O-C off, why not put Benayon in. Good thing from Arsene was to take Djourou off and put Yennaris in, so was it 1-1 for his decisions?

Is Wenger the only person in England who can`t see that Arshevin is a total waste of space. After the disastrous start to the season I seriously doubted his ability to see what the team needed, (quality defenders and creative midfield), my views softened as the season progressed but now I am convinced that he has gone as far as he can go. Undoubtedly the most successful manager bringing in revolutionary training and diet regimes and masterminding the move to the Emirates, but I think it`s time to hand over to someone else who can anticipate possible gaps in the squad and not be too stubborn to change if things are not going well.

Be careful what you wish for.

You might end up on the substandard English manager merry go round.

I wouldn't go as far as you Arcadian. I only wish that Arsene would change some of his views a bit. I still hope that he will remain with us for several years but he needs to change his views that he can create a top team from young talent every year and that he can hang on to players he's bought even though, they are not succesful any more. He's sold so many players for great profit at the time when their careers where not going up any more (F.ex. Overmars, Petit, Hleb,Vieira and even Henry to some extent) but then he can't let go off some who are not worth keeping any more. Rant over. Let's get over with it and go back to our winning ways. Go Arsenal!!!
