I got 2 great football related presents.

A granite tablet inset into concrete at the Emirates stadium with 3 names, my father`s, a supporter from the 30`s, mine a supporter from the 50`s and my son`s a supporter from the 80`s.

A dvd of probably the most exciting finish in the top flight of English football. 1989, Liverpool v Arsenal. (guess who won)

Sadly, now its back to the football - and Chelsea drop yet another point, albeit in the local derby against Fulham, always a tough one. That pretty much writes us off as regards any title challenge and makes top 4 harder.

I am getting very tired of this manager who seems unable to get it right as often as required. Yes, he has an aging team, but Anelka and Alex have been banished far too quickly and reckessly and I don't think the squad are behind him.

Lose in europe in the next round and he's out. Cue......?
