Ancelotti sacked, I think they should go for Hodgson.

Wonder where that idea came from? Probably be Hiddink.

The special one would be good. :thumb:

Dalglish put a good face on things per the one article I've been able to find so far, but I think his lineup selection basically said he simply didn't want to be in the Europa next season. Perhaps a wise strategy, although it once again cost me my banker. Pete

Word on the street is that Marco Van Basten will be taking over at Stamford Bridge.
After the way they have treated Ancellotti and Wilkins,Chelsea deserve Gary Megson ! :|

To be honest, I do think we should go for a younger manager, who with luck (and success) will actually stay there a few years, some big rebuiding is needed in a year or so.

I'd be happy to see Mark Hughes given a chance.

I'd have wanted Villas Boas if Dalglish didn't get the job, best young manager around at the moment.

To be able to stay there for a few years he would have to win the Champions League in his first season.

Unfortunately (especially as I am being made to agree with a gunner) that is the sad state of affairs at Chelsea. And once he does win that Champions League trophy the computer game player that is Abromovich will lose interest. It is actually better, for Chelsea fans, that they continue to fall just short as He will continue to pump money into the club before daedline day on the 'fair play' ruling says a team can't spend 'x' amount more than they earn.

You will see 2 teams (again  ) spending massively this summer... Won't even bother to name who they are as you know already.

It's annoying as I used to like Chelsea but now despise the plastic factory that they are. A laughing stock. F***ing joke is Chelsea and its console controller.

A club that treats management like shit deserves the worst scenario... bring on Abromovich pulling out and Chelsea going into admin. 'cause they can't pay the wages.
If it's within arms reach, there's nothing to worry about!!

I presume you mean Citeh and Chelski but I think the the new Liverpool owners will throw a bit of cash about this summer, the Suarez money didn't really get spent in January, it's their first transfer window and it would be a statement of intent. Good times.

It looks like United have spent £17 mill on De Gea, a good keeper, but lots of money on a necessary replacement, not an actual improvement. More good times.

Our new our owners really seem to be the business, Lebron James (The biggest sports star in America) is always wearing Liverpool gear in his press conferences.

The other day he had the new Dr Dre Beats headphones on with the Liverpool crest emblazoned on them. JW Henry kicks ass.

Their Boston Red Socks just went into 1st place in the AL East as well, after being in last place for several weeks of the new season. This team has been a strong contender for division champion and for the World Series a few times since this Henry group purchased them. They're an aggressive group pf owners and will be exciting to see what they have in mind for Liverpool in the off season. Pete  http://espn.go.com/mlb/standings

Going great guns so far Pete.

Lebron James having the shirts on is the same as Tiger of 5 years ago having a Liver Bird on his forehead.

Just bought a book called "An Epic Swindle" about our previous owners reign, makes you realise how close to the brink we were.
