from previous pics in the sequence it looks like the tattooist doing it.

I expect it is Botox or similar substance, don't think I would have it done like that, too much risk of infection etc.

It could be surgical plastic or even bone.

There were a few proper full on sideshow freaks who frequented the London fetish scene

one was Leopard Man....completely tattooed all over in leopard skin print and filed his teeth.....One was Mr Satan. This nutball had had cosmetic surgery implanting two bone grafts onto his forehead that were little devil horns.....

replacing your upper incisors with silver extended fangs is the current de rigeur my mate tells me.

A good tattoo shop is always the flash of their work or tattoo books available. Photographers and other artists are required to maintain portfolios and customers will see their previous work.

Tattoo shops must smell of detergent and sterile air, if you went into the tattoo shop and was greeted by a big puff of smoke or other odors, you may be in the wrong place.
