High speed Internet

I've moved into an apartment which has the benefit of being provided free WIFI internet. However, there's no escape from Murphy's Law, and I now find myself to be victim to a firewall which was installed the day after I moved in.

I went to Cat Telecom and True to try and get a hold of an alternative but they offered little of interest.

Any suggestions as to where I can buy a private proper, high speed, internet connection?

In my experience, there is no "high" speed internet here, only "medium" speed...

And with frequent fall-outs.....
