I see Carrol played but only for 17 minutes. Was that a test, or did he go lame again? Pete

deserved victory for the scousers
some woeful defending from the manure, 3 nice assists from suarez, nani & van der sar though

how many clubs would get away with not attending the pre & post match media sessions?
even mutv failed to participate :?
pathetic & childish reaction from a club of manure's stature :tsk: :|

A top 4 finish is now not out of the question for Liverpool I believe. Pete

That was the worst United performance I've seen for many years. After the first 30 minutes I was embarrased to watch it....there was no fight or spirit...almost as if they accepted they were going to lose.
Fergusons team selection also baffled me playing Berbatov and Carrick at the expense of Hernandez and Fletcher.
Berbatov always goes missing in a tough away fixture and surely Fletcher was needed to protect Smalling and Brown with both Ferdinand and Vidic absent.
Carrick is another luxury player who, apart from his first season, has been shite and has just been rewarded with a new long term contract !
Superb header by Nani to set up Kuyt for his and Liverpools second goal.....
But well played Liverpool.....you deserved to win.....Hernandez's injury time goal actually made the scoreline flattering for United.
Suarez looks a superb buy and Kuyt is revelling in his role up front.
Overall Uniteds form this season has been less than convincing and I'm surprised that it has taken until March for them to be found out.
These two defeats have certainly opened up the title race though Arsenal will be kicking themselves for dropping two points against Sunderland.
Citeh and, particularily,Chelsea are back in the mix and will fancy there chances of lifting the trophy.
So exciting at both the top and bottom of the Premiership although the overall standard this season hasnt been so good.
We're all on our uppers,we're all going skint,

Glory days for Liverpool tonight, glorious win, especially against Man UTD, som nam na.

BaaBaa, the floor is yours tonight dude, enjoy it man, well earned. :thumb:

Edit -Fergie all in a dramatic "huff" and blanks the media after the match, probably because he's being his alter-ego of 'Taggert' and saying "There's been a murder."

What a sour-puss imo. Have some fun and read this..........

I agree 100%. Maybe there's a lesson to be learnt there?

Happy yes, pissed no!

First time I haven't had a beer whilst watching the game for a good while.
A good weekend of results for LFC and Suarez is the business.
