Laughable indeed, where is your apology to HHAD for the false accusation of poor customer service? As we read it you have simply admitted to your mistake on the public board.

Consider this a final warning, if you insist on persisting with your aggressive and antagonistic attitude towards us and across the rest of the forum we will be forced into taking action. Maybe a spell off the board will calm you down a little.
