This 900L on Jimmy's link looks nice. I've never seen one like that before. Looks like a wall and could probably be made to blend in anywhere. Pete

We use the fibreglass ones underground. Heard a few bad reports on the blue ones. Top is 45cm diameter so the the lad that cleans them has no problem getting in and out. Granted you can make a more decorative access hatch but at the back of the house these are fine for me.

I wouldn't have an in ground tank. Previous house had one and almost all in that complex have leaked by now and have had to be replaced in two years. The nice looking sand colored tanks do look good and I would get as large a one as I could find space for. 1,500 liter tank came standard in new house but would have put 2,000 leter tank in if doing it again. Haven't run out yet with 1,500 liter tank but would feel more comfortable with more storage.

Sounds like another incompetent builder. In ground cement tanks are the most common kind here from what I can tell and if done right, don't leak. If they do I would think it would be easy to patch as well if the correct construction and material was used in the first place.
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?
