Need a house to rent from December 5

I am moving out of my current house on soi 94 on December 6 and need to find a new one.
We are a family with 3 kids
My budget is about 20k thb per month
With furniture
Preferable 3 bedrooms
Internet

We can sign for 3 month and pay deposit accordingly (will stay Hua Hin long time)

I need to be at school bus distance from Yamsaart School at soi 94, so I think I am looking at a location between soi 70 and soi 102.

Nille..is there any 3/4 bed houses on Dusit-land..?? Just thinking its not to far to school from there..
..plus there's use of the large communal pool.

Hi, I was up there looking but didn't find any for rent. I also think the prices for 2 bedroom houses where a little high compared to other locations in this fantastic city. Thanks!
