Budget Condo long term

Post by Paul36 »

I'm looking for a long term budget condo. I don't need that much space, 35-45m2 would be fine. Just a single room appartment with small bathroom and balcony. I do prefer some kind of view so a building with 10 floors or more is preferred. I'd like to spend 8000thb without electricity, water or internet.

I do have a dog and 2 cats but the cats will never leave the room and the dog is walked outside the premises so they won't bother noone.

Someone told me Condocahin would fit my needs, any other options?

Condochain is more likely to be 10,000 for a studio but like most condos strictly no pets, especially cats and dogs. (goldfish and birds etc usually tolerated.).

With the pets you will probably have to rent a house.

I'm also pretty sure Condo Chain doesn't allow dogs. Rightly so IMO as the apartments are too small really plus the risk of a dog going over a balcony wouldn't be too remote.
Having just checked out some monthly rental prices there as well I can confirm that a studio in CC would be more like 15 to 18 k. Maybe less 'on the door' of course, but some other condo blocks are considerably more these days.
A town house with gated yard would be best IMO.
