Well...the rain and thunder woke me up so we may as well get on with the next round

Same same -

Name the 3 actors
Those actors were in 3 different films that are linked - name the 3 films
What is it that links the films/actors

Ive made this one easier by using stills from the relevant films.

#3 is Jon Voight, also of Midnight Cowboy fame which I think was his first film. Pete

In Midnight Cowboy he had an other haircut. I think it is Jon Voight in The All-American Boy, where he plays a boxer.

again this is a hodgepodge joint effort of right answers including the right link reason...but we are still missing one key film.

Heres your clue

Cry Havoc.....woof woof

Knew this was an easy one.

Bonus Points Round:

Which of the following is NOT a law still on the statute books within the boundaries of the City of London

A) Any Englishman may legally arrest a French person simply for being French as they may well be a spy. Sufficient proof is hearing the suspect speak French.

B) A person caught short may, on seeing a City Police officer, ask for his helmet to use as a potty to take a piss in on the provision that it must be emptied into the nearest drain

C) A gentleman may not wear a top hat that is taller than 12 inches from brim to crown on pain of arrest.

D) Plated Hackney Carriages (which is the proper name for a Black Cab) must by law carry a shovel (or spade) and a bag of hay whilst travelling in the City boundaries.

These laws may seem out of date, but only one is no longer actual law.

Which one?

I suspect by perverse logic that 'Ackney Cabs are still required to carry a bag of 'ay within the city. Now the nose bags are carried by share traders. not c)

Brain sez B) but this is a Sandman question.

well....the answer to the bonus question was.... C

all the rest are still officially on the statute books within the City of London. Pretty mad but then again Britain does love keeping redundant laws on the books.

1) Name all three actors

2) All three actors have something in common (other than the fact they are all dead). What is it?

3) Although they all share something in common, one of them is an odd one out. Which is it and why?

This may be an easy one. Pete

David Niven, Richard Burton, Rex Harrison

All were "Sirs", knighted.

Burton never won an Oscar, the other two did.

Please sir, I'd like to hand in my assignment.

1) Richard B only became a Burton by taking on his teacher's name. The two only changed their first names.

2)David N was married twice but never divorced: unlike the others

3) Burton, poor chap, was not English, boyo.
