Hello, looking for a 5 bedroom villa in Hua hin area, preferably with swimming pool close to the beach.

I've had a look around our sponsor's sites, and Exotiq Real Estate are offering some alternative rental properties in Hua Hin. Must be worth a look.

Hi

I don't know if Bam had any success, but I have a similar request and your help as always would be appreciated.

We have friends coming over here from the 5th March until the end of April and suddenly the rental villa they were going to stay in is no longer available! :guns: :guns:

They are looking for a 3 bed roomed villa and it must have a pool. It does not have to be near the beach but should be within a reasonable distance of town.

If you can supply me the details, afterall I'm sure the price for the property will not change just because of their budget :roll:

I'm sure they will let me know quickly if it's within their budget or not.

I have just gone through the same exercise and have found really nice 3 bed roomed pool in Soi 114.
I got great co-operation and assistance from Russ at Exotiq & Neil from HH holiday homes.
Price was 40,000 P/M- including maintanence & maid
