I know a number of people who use it for 3months+ year after year so I'd say so.

I can't say the same for the Clientele though.

Well know fact that they give a very good Monthly rate.

As Baabaa said - it is used by a number of regular long stayers.

Fine as long as you don't need to be in town

Decent pool if you like one

Don't rent a room on the flyover side. Its known as the wall of death!! because it gets the sun all day and as a result gets really really hot. So hot in fact the paint comes off the walls.

They tend to hit you on the utility bills a bit as well. I stayed there for about 6 months and to be honest its not a bad place. There is plenty of people to meet and a nice communal area to eat, read the paper or use the internet.

There are two pools, one of them being for residents only. Which is nice.

Access into town is easy as there are always taxis at the entrance. There is also a handy shop just outside for noodles and sangsom.

The staff will also bring food up to your room if you wish... :D

All in all I had a really good time there...

Hi Confetti,

What were your experiences like at Sport Villa? Did you stay there in the end?
