Gymnastics or Martial Arts for Kids

Post by bigideas »

Does anyone know of a gymnastics or martial arts club in Hua Hin for kids? I've been searching but can only find kick boxing so far.[/b]

One of HHAD's sponsors can be found at http://wt-thailand.com/index.htm and they do kung fu for kids, which I think includes fitness as well. They are in Khao Takiab rather than Hua Hin but not far to go.

He did - it was with Klaus at the Hua Hin Kung Fu Camp, Khao Takiab. Although my son's sport is Karate, and Klaus' sport is Wing Tsun, Klause was able to take my son's techniques apart and improve them.

Not only did Klaus improve the techniques, he was able to improve my son's aggression.

My son has benefited big time from his experience with Klaus. He is flying to Tokyo in August to represent the UK in the Karate World Championships. Klaus gets my recommendation every time.

BaaBaa has provided the best link above.

I've been meaning to ask BB, is that event in Tokyo during August going to be televised on ESPN or similar? You have to keep us updated so we can try to get a glimpse of your son in action. Are you going? Pete

As far as we know, karate is not popular enough to televise. However, his fights will be recorded and I'll upload them to You Tube when he returns to the UK. I'll PM the links when I've done it.
