Good, GOOD coffee!

Restaurants, food, beverage, hawkers, and local markets and suppliers. This is the place for discussion on Hua Hin's culinary options.

Good, GOOD coffee!

Post by Farang »

‘
Was the other night to eat at The Boat (on Sra Song, between Amnuasin and Dechanuit).

The food was really good. A large portion of fried baby clams with excellent taste and fine,
fine spices was 60 baht, garlic chicken w/black pepper 50 baht and small Leo 30 baht.
Particularly the fried rice was one of the best I’ve gotten in Hua Hin outside of Krua Kannika
(the chicken place on Railway Road, between 88 and Damnokasem) They both use Jasmin
rice and deliver it shiny, delectable and loose. None of the porrige usually offered as fried rice.
Coffee at The Boat is the best in town now that the cafe at the Shopping Mall has new owner.

I’ll go to the Boat again if only for the rice and the coffee. And the Walls icecream.

Guess, although there have been occasions when people advertise their own places here, you should know better

Which place do you mean? The Boat, Krua Kannika, Shopping Mall Café or the Walls icecream?

In your breathless haste of deliberately insulting me with a loaded, pointy question, please be more specific.

Farang - Hi;
Was the other night to eat at The Boat (on Sra Song, between Amnuasin and Dechanuit).

The food was really good.
This is not a place that I have come across, but after your write up it is a place that I will certainly try.

Thanks
