3-4 Bed with or near Pool wanted for LT Rent

Post by Calvin »

I'm already in a quality 3-bed house paying 15k, 1 min to community pool.

Looking for an extra bed or house with pool for similar money, or less money, which means I'm prepared to rent further outside HH. Anyone know an area where I can find something like this, say within 30 mins of HH or do I need to go up country?

You've got two hopes of getting a 4 bed house with a pool around Hua Hin for under 15k, and the first one is Bob!

Thanks. I was considering areas where farangs are few and far between and rents, according to my Thai lady, are significantly less. No matter. If I don't find anything I'll stay put.

in and around Hua Hin, there are approximately 13 billion farang owned houses available for rent and lying empty. Try making someone an offer, the worst that can happen is that they say no.

Probably better to ask on the local forum than trawling the soi's though isnt it?

Still looking

For the naysayers, it is increasingly a buyer's market and I am finding owners are willing to discount heavily. One owner reduced from 40k baht per month down to 17k. Why? They would rather have some income, security and their property looked after, rather than no income at all.

I don't have to decide until next month, so if you are interested in a reliable tenant and at least a year of guaranteed income, please pm me.

The answer is yes and no - the usual advice (from the forum!) is to get over here and have a good look around. For every place advertised or known of on HHAD there must be dozens sitting there with a little sign on the gate - it might even be in English if you're lucky! :D
This is the way
