Moving to HH area in Feb/Mar: Need Long Term Condo/House

Post by samsara »

Getting ready to leave dreadful BKK for the sunny, clean environment that is HH. Here's what I'm looking for:

1) condo/house with seaview

2) MUST have adsl (preferable) or wifi

3) long term rental, i.e. 6-12 mos

4) under 20,000/mo

Please pt me in the right direction because I have found virtually nothing scouring the net.

Agents on the net will be advertising short term tourist rates only. They will have a good number of owners prepared to let long term if you just ask; I'd suggest you set aside a couple of days, make apointments to see them (there's nothing else going on at the moment) and come down and negotiate face to face.

But you are after prime property at low rates, so you may have to compromise a bit. Good luck though.

Samsara

I read your intent to rent a house/condo in hh.

I maybe have something for you but would have to find out whether you'll be driving a car and for how many people?

If you be kind enough to answer me, I'll forward you my e-address.

With kind regards,

Martin
