You are right. This rate is special for only this time. Because of the situation now in Thailand.

This is room only rate (do not included breakfast and electric usage). We charge 7 baht for 1 unit electric usage.

Rate is included:

1. Free unlimited Wi-Fi in room and public area.
2. Wake up service
3. Water Usage
4. Linen service (Changing Bed Sheet, Towel once a week)
5. Room made up once a week
6. 24 hours Security
7. Cable TV.
8. Air Condition, Bath Room (Hot/Cold shower) , Refrigerator , Cable TV, Working Desk with Free Wi-Fi Internet.
