Want to rent studio

Must have a kitchenette (micro wave, water boiler, toaster and the usual bits and pieces). Friends plan to rent from mid January to mid February.
Two adults, no children. Do not have to be top luxury but certainly also not a low end budget place. Not too far out though. Suggestions appreciated.
