Balcony and room safe

I usually stay at a very nice clean hotel called White Villa opposite Market Village. It has a balcony, small swimming pool, room safe, direct access to the beach, friendly staff and I negotiate a decent rate as I stay there 3 times a year.

I have a need to be closer to town now so I am looking for a room with a balcony and room safe for around 1,000 Baht per night. Can anyone recommend anywhere?

Found one nice place, Fatcat, but it doesn't have a room safe which is a must for me.

Price you want, room safe and balcony, Ok not huge amounts to see, but a table and chairs, nice and quiet, right near the bus station near the night market.
