nameless resturant

Post by bill »

on 102. left side. sign says european butchter that's your clue to turn left and go to end of street. sunday brunch from 10-2 only. grand treat if you need a meat fix. cordon bule, breaded pork chops, boiled pork(i thought this would be gross but very tasty), knotwurst, vienna sausage, roasted potatos with bacon bits and ham(really good), potato salad, cold meat cuts(4 kinds), bunny food-salad and fruit, bread, coffee, tea. 180baht. great hangover food or for you churchgoer's 1 of huahin's best deals for big farang grub. remember it's the nameless resturant for a reason,NO NAME. oh yeah when you go over those railroad tracks look both ways before you cross the street(thanks mum). there are no warning lights, no arms coming down to prevent you from going across. just the luck draw between you and budda.

Bill

Sounds good

If it has no name even better :)

Means I can go and praise it as many times as I want without getting flack.

As it has no name :D

Nameless Restaurant

Bunny Food! Sounds good to me! Seriously though - is there really no name - or is it CALLED 'No Name'? Cos if it is theres a subtle clue which makes me wonder if it belongs to Kurtz (Jailhouse.)
It certainly sounds like his type of food as well.

Yes, a couple of my countrymen told me about that place,
the guy is actually a swiss butcher and as bill mentioned it´s open
for brunch every sunday from 10am to 2pm.
(But you can buy meat at any day!)
It isn´t really a restaurant that´s the reason there´s no name.

Swiss Butcher

Post by bapak »

Last visited this eatery about 2 years ago... So decided to check today..
Arrived at10.00.. It was packed but we eventually secured seating. Opening time is now 09.00 and it goes to 14.00. Price increase .. now Baht 220 but it is good value. Usual German/Austrian/Swiss fare. Be prepared to loosen your belt. Their pork cordon bleu very tender and tasty.

Only open on Sundays. Will not wait 2 years next time. Actually, my wife is already asking when.
