I know that Bangkok Hospital in Hua Hin might be able to set up a full-day course given that a certain number of people wanted to participate. They don't have any regular courses scheduled though, so you would need to contact them.

Yes, I was there around 9-10 in the morning and the mosquitoes were not so vicious at that time - that might have given me a more pleasant hike.
