Nissan March

Post by Roel »

Have some problems getting clear info through Google so I like to consult the motoring experts on here. I am considering buying a second-hand Nissan March. I know the new price starts from THB 388,000 but this one has all (and I mean ALL) the extra's you can possible get. Owner says he paid in total more than 600,000 for it.
Car is one year old and because the owner could not drive it due to a medical condition shortly after the purchase it has only 890 km on the meter.
He wants me to make him an offer. What would you consider reasonable i.e. what is today's market value?
We are all living in 'the good old days' of the future.

I think that between 450.000 and 500.000 would be fair.

Check:

On these prices the word is you can bargain 10 - 15 % reduction.

Why pay more for a 2nd hand car than you can buy a new one for? I am not sure you can add on more than 200 000 baht in extras for a Nissan March! Go and price the extras yourself. I dont understand the 2nd hand market here and will only buy new myself having lived here 20 years. When you want to change your old car, you get such a good price as a trade in. Works out at a very reasonable cost per year if you change your car every 5 years or so.
