could someone tell me where in hua hin i could buy ticket to london thanks

There is a bar on a soi that leads down to the sea from Petchkasem Road next door to a Thai wooden house that sells Lao food, where you will find a fat lady and an old geezer smoking woodbines. I have heard that they sell air tickets to London and serve beans on toast.

Failing that you might try a travel agent.

There are very few travel agents in Hua Hin so your best bet, if you have a credit or debit card is to buy online or to do it on the telephone with an agent in Bangkok - you will get a better price that way.Also I hope you realise that you cannot get a direct flight from Hua Hin! Even a connecting flight is not really feasible. Hope that helps

I've used Western Tours a few times and they're OK. You'll find them on the main road to the beach past the P Office.
They will push the more expensive flight, though, like Thai and Singapore.
