Premier League 2021-22
Re: Premier League 2021-22
Well done, Liverpool. Very good player. Shame Levy didn't want to pay the money. Honestly, if spurs go on a bad run of form at all after this window, the shit will hit the fan big time.
I don't trust children. They're here to replace us.

Tottenham's new signing heads to Barcelona to seal the deal.

I think that is too much of a generalisation. Example, Lamps famously fell out with Rudiger. Silva was aghast at his leaving. Rudiger does get on famously well with Tuchel, who hardly had a playing career at all, but is obviously a very talented manager.thecolonel wrote: ↑Sat Jan 29, 2022 10:03 amThink today's players respond better to a player who's recently been there, done that
Has Lamps accepted the job? Maybe they can get Barkley back on loan. I like Barkley, not sure why it hasn't worked out for him.

Not wanting to prejudge the outcome, but it’s not looking good for Man Utd’s. Mason Greenwood whose been remanded in police custody on numerous sexual and assault accusations.

Probably not looking good. But you're innocent until you're proven guilty.Dannie Boy wrote:Not wanting to prejudge the outcome, but it’s not looking good for Man Utd’s. Mason Greenwood whose been remanded in police custody on numerous sexual and assault accusations.
Except that you're not!
In today's society, and perhaps beforehand, allegations such as this are very damming on the individual and almost impossible to recover from.
In some ways I seriously hope, for his sake, he's guilty!
Because if he's innocent he must be going through pure living hell. And even if proven innocent years down the line, would he ever truly get his life back?

WTF do Spurs do? Admittedly I know cr@p about Wendyball, but apparently they've lost Dele for free and have missed out on 3 or so signings...?

Delli if (that's a big if) performs well he could cost up to 40 million. I agree they seem to be panic buys after missing others.
Woke up this morning breathing that's a good start to the day.

I wish he did have to 'perform'lindosfan1 wrote:Delli if (that's a big if) performs well he could cost up to 40 million. I agree they seem to be panic buys after missing others.
As I understand it all he has to do is play. He could that and be rubbish. It's easily done at Everton I assure you!

With a new manager, they all get the chance to wipe the slate clean and that includes Dele Alli, so it’ll be interesting to see their first few performances

Think you're right in that I hear EFC's basic commitment is 10M(which doesn't need paying until next season) and only goes to 40 if we win silverware etcDannie Boy wrote:With a new manager, they all get the chance to wipe the slate clean and that includes Dele Alli, so it’ll be interesting to see their first few performances
So it's 10M then!
