"If you got a Johnson & Johnson vaccine, get a booster shot after 2 months"
Above is coming from the government of the State of California. I haven't read it anywhere else but I would think it's standard operating procedure everywhere for that vaccine. Pfizer and Moderna are 6 months. It also stated that the booster should be a different vaccine than the original set, as we already know.
I had Johnson and Johnson on June 29th and Moderna (not sure it's called a booster) on November 4th, organised by French embassy, don't know yet if I'll get a second shot of Moderna, normally yes

The UK has just reduced the time in between 2nd and 3rd vaccines to just 3 months.

My two vaccinations to date were arranged through the BCCT in Bangkok. I have contacted them asking whether a booster jab is available and told they are awaiting government (British presumably?) instruction. Is it possible to organise a booster jab through the hospitals or clinics here in Hua Hin?

Govt to expedite Covid-19 boosters to ward off Omicron
https://www.bangkokpost.com/thailand/ge ... ff-omicron
Authorities will halve to three months the time between administering a second Covid-19 vaccine shot and a booster, a health official said on Monday, to try to strengthen immunity in anticipation of a local spread of the Omicron variant.
Thailand has so far detected eight imported cases of the Omicron variant but has yet to see community transmission, according to the Public Health Ministry. Omicron has been reported in dozens of countries.
"Because Omicron is now widespread, the booster third shot would help lessen the severity of symptoms and reduce the death rate," said Taweesilp Wisanuyothin, spokesperson for the government's Covid-19 taskforce.
Dr Taweesilp said recipients of a second shot in August or September could get boosters right away at any vaccine centre nationwide.
The UK Health Security Agency on Friday said boosters significantly restored protection against mild diseased caused by the Omicron variant, in early findings from a real-world analysis.
More than 43 million people or 60% of people in Thailand have received two doses of a Covid-19 vaccine, of which 4.1 million have received boosters.

Let’s hope that the Government edict reaches the local hospitals and we can start to receive booster shots in the coming weeks.

The timing of the booster is confusing. Australia just reduced the wait time from six months to five months. The UK is down to three months while at least some sources indicate that the US is still at six months.
I bought a Moderna booster which I scheduled for six months after my second AZ shot. Now I'm wondering if I should move it up and how much.

No one really knows the answer to that and no one knows if it really does any good.
The "experts" have a variety of opinions and the drug companies are pushing hard for more profits so there aren't any rational voices with hard evidence that a 3rd. and 4th shot protect
you. it's already known that the vaccine doesn't prevent you from being infected or passing on the virus, or keep you from being hospitalized. With Omicron, most of the infectees have been those who've been vaccinated twice and some who've been boosted with a 3rd. shot.
It's all a crap shoot; you pays your money and you takes your choice.

I tried this several times since BB posted(I'm sure it's the correct 'link' but.....)
Using a PC( not a mobile) when I enter my 13 digit code into the box, when I hit return or click the blue button below, nothing happens at all
I don't even get an error message
It's like the process isn't completed yet
Or the site is just faulty or not yet active?
Out of interest, has anyone contacted the Public Health Office about this?
TIA

That sums it up for me. Won't be having a booster unless I'm forced to (ie. can't get on a plane without one).

Plenty of evidence supporting the "booster". Just Google "evidence supporting covid booster". Of course the sceptics on here will disregard this as MSM propaganda
Sceptic...
a person inclined to question or doubt accepted opinions.

Scientist... a person that questions everything regardless of what is generally accepted by the masses or pushed through the media.
Troll... a person that selectively responds to and stalks others on the internet purely to gain a reaction.

This article supports the theory that a third booster provides significant protection over and above just two shots - accept it or ignore it, as handdrummer says, “you pays your money and makes your choice”
