Amazing Thailand!!! :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

The only 'complete' province to turn blue is the most affected - Bangkok. Meeting this afternoon to discuss sale of alcohol in the worst affected province only - Bangkok. What is their justification?

Sanook News is reporting:
The CCSA has given the green light for alcohol to be served to customers from 1st November in pilot tourism areas in four provinces: Bangkok, Phuket, Krabi and Phang-nga. Provincial governors will have final say on the details

So does the 'blue' zone cover 4 provinces or 17? Usual confusion.

It covers the 4 'full' provinces and 13 areas within other provinces.

However, it only seems to be 'full' provinces granted alcohol sales, and even that is subject to Governor approval.

At least, that is my interpretation.

This is really crazy. Bangkok is a blue zone with nearly no restrictions and the neighbouring "Greater Bangkok", like Nonthaburi, is red zone.

In my opinion at this point everyone, everywhere (including restaurants and bars) will begin to do what they want unless infections get out of control and the whole place is again locked down. The MIB will have to try to stop a tsunami.
