Last year there was a massive hole in the pavement ( side walk for HHF ) outside the Pizza Hut you could have lost a child down there easy.
Also walking from Sport Villa to Market Village we encountered Broken paving slabs that could easily Broken your ankle no wonder why tourists walk in the road.

This might sound strange but the roads and pavements are far better up in Surin than they are in Hua Hin that's a lot more touristy.

A hole in the pavement that size that hasnt been maintained by the local gov, should atleast have a tree planted in its place so it doesn't deceive the new tourist like myself as a mirage on the streets..
