first we thank Sandman for his past good entertainment!

Second, we perhaps do a monthly quiz on a similar vein, say the first of the month.
The winner gets to nominate three questions for the month a la Caption comp. Sometimes actors faces are a bit too easy. I go to trivia nights where the questions are quoting the last line of a movie.
which movie has 'This is Ripley signing off from the Nostrodomo'

or in which movie was the character Travis Bickle in?
or was the main actor in the thai movie Bang Rajan?

1) That would be Alien...The Nostromo is the mother refinery ship that goes boom in Alien 1
2) That would be Taxi Driver.... You Lookin At Me????
3) The main three actors are Winai Kraibutr, Jaran Ngamdee and Bongkoj Khongmalai...looked it up on IMDB but its a favorite Thai film of mine (one of the first I watched). Copies on VeeHD and StageVu if you are interested.

Will get my quizzin cap on later after a Marley or three and make it a three pipe problem

1) Yes, Alien, a favourite of mine, rewatched recently and in horror noticed the crew lighting up fags inside the space craft! (1979 was different)

2) 1/2 points, cos in the mirror scene, its 'Are you talking to me? The man in the mirror just looks back

3) Bang Rajan stars correct, I think Part 2 is out now. Saw this DVd out of the blue and explains so much about the Burma V Siam thing!

2) Al three have, at some point, played the same TYPE of character - name the three films
3) By that answer to Q2 which is the obvious odd man out

Have zero idea where the trumpet(?) comes in, but I believe Walken's character from the pick is Gabriel from the movie ''Prophecy''.

No idea on the movie with Pacino, but number 2 actor is starting to pi** me off!!

Pacino played the devil in the movie with Keanu Reeves.

The middle actor looks familiar I think he was in Firewall with Harrison Ford

as usual at midway through the round Team HHAD have come soooo close with bits of answers. Its a brick wall on actor 2 tho, and thats holding us up, so heres a clue

He played Charles Darwin in a great film "biog" recently, and has played Geoffory Chaucer in an older one doing the rounds on cable here in Thailand at the mo. In his next released film he plays a vampire hunter. None of those three roles are an answer to Q2

2) Theyve all played a specific type of character.... what type of character and the 3 films they did it in.

3) Based on that answer who is the odd man out

#2 is Paul Bettany. Only know because I just watched 'Inkheart' with my daughter last week.

He also played the Archangel Michael in the movie 'Legion'. So, appears we have 3 angels, 2 good and 1 bad so I guess Paccino as Lucifer the devil in Devils Advocate is the odd man out. Pete

EDIT: but....but....but....Walken's role as Gabriel portrayed him as a bad angel so that could make Bettany the odd man out as the only good one.
