My wife says that you can. For one cup of cream you need to add the juice 1 teaspoon at a time and keep whipping.
I’ve never tasted it (I hate sour cream). However the other half says better tasting sour cream she suggests you add vinegar and lemon juice in equal quantities to your cream while whipping..

I'm pretty sure I have seen sour cream in Makro HH.
I have bought sour cream at villa market, makro in hua hin and at tesco in hua hin. All the same brand and all came in a container just like yogurt comes in.
