That makes sense - if one province is overwhelmed and another has spare capacity, transfer them for treatment - for once Thailand gets it right!!
Just had a look on the province covid fb page. Seems they are also treating non-prachuab patients as well.
Totals transferred in being treated: prachuab returnees = 64, non-prachuab "refugees" = 78.
Excellent!!
Yes, its of course good that people receive treatment, and one can only hope that the nurse, with already two injections of Sinovac vaccine will not be infected and spread the infection to the 50 other patients the nurse has contact with daily

Well she could catch Covid from any patient, irrespective of where they’ve come from.
This is a global problem requiring global solutions so as I’ve already indicated, if PKK has the capacity to treat Covid patients from areas that don’t have that capacity, then i believe it should be done - what’s the alternative, put them out on the streets?

Is there some confusion here? It is my understanding that, irrespective of what vaccine you have been given, you can still transmit the virus the others without having any symptoms yourself. Please feel free to correct me if I'm mistaken.

No sateeb, You are correct. No vaccine is foolproof and you can still be infected albeit with no symptoms and transmit it to others. However, I've read that transmission is reduced from vaccinated people.

You're not mistaken, it is still possible but as @HHTel points out, the chances are massively reduced (by up to 90%).
Here are the findings from just one study - there are many others showing the same thing:
[A] vaccine effectiveness study released by the CDC ... found that [...] vaccines reduced the risk of infection by 80 percent after one shot and 90 percent after two.
