Retirement Extension - Can I Book a Home Visit?

A long-retired senior police officer acquaintance was suffering from dementia (he died a couple of years ago). An immigration official visited him at home where he was being cared for by his Thai wife and her family. The visits were a regular thing over a period of more than five years.
