The 90 Day Report Thread
Re: The 90 Day Report Thread
I submitted mine on line yesterday morning and got confirmation it had been accepted later in the afternoon. My due date was 24th July, when of course, they will be closed.
Some might recall that I posted about my last 90 day report at BP, where I was told I couldn't attend BP the next time and had to attend at the main office, and had to apply for a temp. application to stay. This completely flummoxed me at the time and took ages for the penny to drop, that she was meaning I had to extend my visa, which is due at the latest on 20 August. This advice was complete nuts as if I had done as instructed, I would have been one monthly payment short, which I do not wish to send across early. After that payment has been received I will then apply for my extension. So next week sometime, or the week after.

Re: The 90 Day Report Thread
I just did mine last week and it took several days, although the confirmation was instant. The previous time it was within hours. I've been doing mine online for years with a brief gap last year when their records showed I was in overstay status.
It remains a mysterious process.

Tried again online yesterday ... still pending.
Does anyone know if there is leeway for being late a few days? 90 days is due on the 3rd and I leave the county on the 7th - worth taking the risk or do I need to make a 3-hour round trip driving to immigration for four days?

The law says "15 days before or 7 days after the reporting date..."

Re: The 90 Day Report Thread
So the question then will be "should I take the risk with the IO at the airport who may want to be an arse and ignore the law seeking tea money like many of them frequently do."
Edit: I may just take the 90-day slip out, as they're not usually looking for that at the airport.

Re: The 90 Day Report Thread
What day/time do you travel? Can't you make a 10 minute stop at Bluport on the way through?
If not a good day, send your passport to me and I'll do it for you and we can rendezvous as you pass through.

Re: The 90 Day Report Thread
That is an option since we'll have a night in HH before we head to BKK. Any idea what time BP immigration closes on Friday?
None of this crap would be necessary if the online system actually functioned.

Re: The 90 Day Report Thread
If you dont have the "approved" by the time that you are due to leave, then just print out the "pending" notice and take that with you. It is not unusal for the approval to take 2 or 3 days.buksida wrote: ↑Tue Aug 02, 2022 10:37 am Tried again online yesterday ... still pending.

Re: The 90 Day Report Thread
I do my 90 day in person at Bluport. In most cases I'm a few days late because the next 90 days is calculated based upon your last report. I try to squeeze every day into the report!!
However I've never been questioned on late reporting.

Re: The 90 Day Report Thread
The approval came in via email at 6pm yesterday so it proves two things:
It takes three days to approve.
It can be done online within the last seven days.
Its the first time I've got the new system to work so no dicking about at BP for me!
