I'm sure the Red Cross opposite TOT would tell you, or the little Hua Hin Clinic place up the Pala U Road where they do blood tests.

I'm O-, but unfortunately I'm also on medication for hypertension, so that precludes me from donating; I'm also still in the Middle East and will not be back in HH until mid Aug. :(
