I'm gonna guess that 1 of the USA's is a pick-up, F series?

#2 USA and Australia, could it be the Ford Falcon

Zeitgeist is correct that #6 is the Ford F-Series pick up.

Nereus is correct that #1 Is the Ford Mustang.

Bristolian is correct that #2 is the Ford Falcon. Ending in 2016 though.

I'm wrong, just looked at Wiki and there they all are...several variants there I don't recognise or maybe I chose to forget :D
