R33 then...I get there eventually.
The other questions I would need to use Google so I'm out.

R33 is correct, feel free to use google, I don't think it will give the game away easily. (that's a small clue to Q4)

No, not me.

If I stole a car and did bad things I'd get points, but they'd be on my licence.

Another clue, Vice and Liberty were not his only 'faults'.

Late again so I'll close off this quiz in case someone wants to start anew in the morning.

It was as Zeitgeist correctly spotted a Nissan R33 GTR.
It is a special JUN Auto tuned GTR with 1000 bhp, it's called a 'super lemon' hence the colour.
Jeremy Clarkson drove and declared it to be the 'fastest car in Britain'.

Q4 was harder.
The guy standing next to it is David Jones - never heard of him? No, he's not very famous but his creation is.

The clues were...
'give the game away'
'If I stole a car and did bad things I'd get points, but they'd be on my licence'
'Vice and Liberty were not his only "faults" '

These should have led you to Grand Theft Auto, the computer game where you drive a car doing bad things for points and you can do it in Vice City, Liberty City and San Andreas (fault).
David Jones wrote Grand Theft Auto, but from the looks of that picture he should have invested some of the money is a warmer jacket.

Here's Jeremy ....

Had to use Google to find out what Grand Theft Auto was, I was never going to get that :D

Ok here's another:

What car is it?
What is special about it?
Who was the very famous owner?

Correct on the Ford RS, it is the Escort though.
To help with special and owner...it's not normally aspirated and was sold between 84-86

It is very early then, it was the alloys made me think Fiesta as I usually associate the RS Turbo Escort with the curvy propeller style alloys.

Wild stab at the owner ... A young (at the time) Racing Driver ? Did they own it from new ?

Not a racing driver.

The owner did own it from new. The factory did the 'special' thing for the owner (clue - its in the picture).
The owner was extremely famous and in many photographs.

Is the special thing, the blue trim? I don't remember RS Turbo's being Black with Blue trim ?

Or does that RS actually say PS and it's someone like Peter Stringfellow?

You're almost there, its a colour thing.

"Or does that RS actually say PS and it's someone like Peter Stringfellow?" :D Brilliant, wish it was this :D

Much more famous than Stringfellow, arguable the most famous person in the world at that time.
