Tsk, that's almost as absurd as blaming Hodgson for Liverpool's bad run last year!

Yep, worrying times :(

To rub salt in the wound, the spuds have already released their new away kit for next season to honour their manager . . . . .

Would you care to explain who's fault it was then considering the turnaround after Dalglish stepped in?

The archaic dinosaur inherited a squad that was designed to play 4 2 3 1 yet his lack of managerial nous couldn't adapt and he had to try and play his out of date 2 banks of 4, using a still world class Fernando Torres as a Bobby Zamora. Hodgson is a journeyman manager, an Asshole and a mere smudge on our list of managerial greats.

He's been expunged in our minds. The facerubbing moron.

We've had some of the all time greats, we know an imposter when we see one.

I'll raise a glass to him taking over from Arry, then you'll see how bad he is.

Well Roberto.............

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/16866624

If you can't sell 'im - you might as well use him.................

RZR

I think the new away kit is rather fetching - but I doubt that it will be worn.

It's a shame that the English 'justice system' has to waste time & money prosecuting 'Arry, when there are hundreds of other much worse characters than him out there, all of whom are ripping the state off of millions and give nothing in return. THAT's the crime.

His crime? - he got caught.................

Anyway - breaking the law is breaking the law I'spose.

Luv the bog seat

Photo shop can do wonders - it should be used on Wengers' face now & then to make him smile

I'm happy about the goals galore at the Emirates, about v. Persine hattrick, Walcott's fine passes and Henry's goal (maybe his last at the Emirates) but most of all I'm happy about the way young Oxlade-Chamberlain played. He's had three great games now and I'm impressed with his speed and his balance: he doesn't fall down very easily when tackled and can go for long runs with and without the ball and do great damage to the opponents defences.

Agree on Chamberlain, he looks like he could be some player when he develops, unlike your man Walcott, did he actually find his man this time? Awful Footballer.

Walcott showed what he's capable today. He had three assists and was lively throughout the match. Sometimes he reminds me of Anelka when he was young: very inconsistant but I think Walcott will become a great player soon.

Did he run fast?

He's still young but I don't think he'll be top tier.

137 games for Arsenal & 22 games for England at 22 years of age isn't a bad stat. :?

Of course there's a lot of room for improvement & a bit more consistency.
Today he had a really good game, but generally this season he's just been pretty average.

 I wonder if it's to do with his new contract negotiations/wage rise

In comparison, Oxlade-Chamberlain looks like he's gonna be a proper player, mature beyond his years

Yeah, Walcotts stats are unbelievable really, he's younger than Carroll for example who I say still needs time.

I dunno, you can just see when you watch him that he doesn't read the game very well, bit of a headless chicken, hopefully proves me wrong because he's got alot of positive attributes and seems like a decent lad, unlike say..... Terry.

Walcott needs to be allowed to play with a lot more freedom IMHO. I think Arsenes Arsenal restricts his natural talent and abilities.

From A Daily Mirror Football journalists Twitter.

John Terry just walked through Chelsea press room. Stopped to chat to old teammate Frank Sinclair. JT out injured today. CFC will miss him.
