Again a pathetic display of childishness. If you dont like what Pleng says why dont you ignore it? No you would rathe make purile remarks as a poor attempt at humour!

Again you're changing your direction. Seriously it's like arguing with a teenage girl.

My only argument is that milk in Thailand is not clearly labelled.
Whether it is clearly labelled in England is hardly relevant. And whether it was clearly labelled 40 years ago even less so.

@ Sateeb and Pete,

Right on the money, it was Chokchai that I was trying to remember. I'd never noticed much difference between milk in Thailand until that student brought me Chokchai farm milk. Creamier with more flavour, I found.

Why would anyone want milk that wasn't full milk? Since when did milk become bad for you? With normal daily activity alongside, I can't see how milk could be harmful. :?

Every now and then, a 'newbie poster' (VikingSwend in this case) can open up a four month old thread and all hell beaks loose....

Krakas Dad

Whilst I respect your right to post your opinions about my contributions to this thread I also note that you have not actually contributed anything constructive or even voiced an opinion as to whether milk is clearly labelled or not.

I will re iterate that it is the Mods task to issue warnings and/or lock the thread. Please feel free to apply to Admin to become a Mod then you can swing the axe with impunity.

As it stands I think the thread has run it's natural course but should remain open for any future contributions.

Mass brainwashing is a wonderful thing. Just the other day I was reading that scientists and researchers are now back tracking with the whole "saturated fats kill" thing, and are now that low fat diets are generally more harmful.

Don't use sugar, rather add a chemical to your tea or coffee to sweeten it
Don't drink natural milk, rather drink processed genetically modified soy milk
Don't use natural butter, rather use toxic margarine
Don't use freshly baked normal bread, rather use Farmhouse from 7/11 (it lasts a year or more)

At the end of the day, people have been drinking milk for centuries, but all of a sudden it's bad for for you. In truth, at least in my opinion, milk is actually very good for you.

As for full cream or skimmed..............if it's low fat or 0% fat milk, it goes down the drain. Tasteless rubbish.

I think the problem is, as you allude to, substitution...

Cutting down on sugar or butter is probably, in all honesty, good for most people. Replacing it with chemicals is not - if you have 2 sugars in your tea then take 1, rather than use 2 sweeteners; or drink one less cup a day... Substitution culture is like the case of alcoholic who turns to smack to get himself off the booze :)

Sateeb as the thread is titled No milk in shops? There obviously is milk so nothing to be said about that.
Re milk identity I have had no problem using the cap colour method which has been mentioned many times so no need to rep
Pleng asked for help and some was given. When it did not seem to solve his problem you decided to use childism no help at all. Did you ever stop and thnk that maybe the milk Pleng was talking about was differently labled even though the same brand? No you indulged in purile jibes!
