IF, and it's a big if, I find a house I like and want to buy and knowing nothing about building, where do I find a man who does, to give me a second opinion about the build quality,electrics etc

Thanks Splitlid. Most of the website was in Thai though.......Do they have a branch in Hua Hin ? or is there anyone local ?

You also could contact Sawaeng & Sons, building company from Bangkok, having office here in Hua Hin and they work with structural/architectural engenieers. You can contact Khun Sarawuth at 081-913 1877, he speaks very good english.
