Having looked at many hotels/guesthouses on HHAD (Safe bet as they are either sponsors or reviews are known) I decided to try to book Markwin lodge for my husband and I for 3 or 4 nights at the end of January no response so far and I have sent two emails. I know on the website it does state that they do not open until November but not just when in November that will be. Any advice from anyone on this. It looks so nice and would be lovley to stay there prior to moving to our new home in Hua Hin.

All we do is forward the emails that come in via our booking system to the selected accommodation.

We also advise all of our advertisers to check their emails frequently and try to avoid using free providers with strong spam filters such as Hotmail.

I had the same problem Lev.

I was trying to get rooms for 2 friends for December, Emailed about 5 Guest Houses through HHAD and got no reply but after about 4 days Emailed them directly through my own Email and got a reply within 2 days (accept Topmarks who didnt bother)

Yes, its a problem we face also, unfortunately many of the guesthouses still use Hotmail accounts and similar which are very unreliable and often do not get through.
