Crikey, Man City vs Liverpool is going to be fun over the coming weeks - deciding point in the league (?) and now drawn in the FA Cup semi's......
Could also meet in the champions league yet, too.
Not commented on spurs for a while. I must say that it's such a nice change having two transfers come in and hit the ground running. Bar Romero (best CB in the world in the near future) we've done pretty horrible business over the past 3-4 years (longer maybe). Both Kulusevski and Bentancur have been excellent since joining. Around 20 million for Bentancur and 40ish total, should we take the buy option, for 21 year old Kulusevski appears to be an absolute bargain.
Happy days.

Kane's been breaking records all season again. Soon to break another it looks like. Harry Kane is one free kick away from equalling the record for amount of free kicks taken without scoring.
Honestly... us spurs fans cringe when we see him step up for one. 'Sit this one out, Harry. You're shite at free kicks and that's not gonna change at this point'.
97% of Harry's will hit the wall. 2.5% over the bar or wide. 0.5% force the keeper into a save.
Long shots and free kicks. The two chinks in Kane's armour.

He’s not bad at penalties though and has now equalled the legend, Sir Bobby Charlton on 49 England goals - just 5 more and he overtakes current record holder Wayne Rooney!!

Yup, the boy's doing good (free kicks aside)
2022 stats for Harry are good, too. Most goals, most shots, most shots on target, most successful through balls, most big chances created. After a poor (by his standards) start to the season, the Harry we know and love is well and truly back.

I’m sure he’ll easily break the record of most goals scored, although so far, 14 of them have been from the penalty spot (BC had only 3 from his 49, WR 7 out of 53), so to do justice to the record, he needs to break it by quite a margin.
Interesting reoport in The Times this morning, that all the bidders through to the next stage have to up their bids by 1bn! Added to an article about Mason Mount - I wonder if some might now walk away?
Chelsea bidders told to find extra £1bn
The four groups hoping to buy Chelsea, which is valued at £2.5billion, must commit to at least £1billion in future investment if they are to have any chance of taking control. Sky News reported that the four bidders — fronted by the Ricketts family, who own the Chicago Cubs baseball team; Stephen Pagliuca, owner of the Boston Celtics basketball team; Sir Martin Broughton, the former Liverpool chairman whose consortium include Lord Coe; and Todd Boehly, the co-owner of the LA Dodgers baseball team — will have to give guarantees that additional funding will be available to the club for Stamford Bridge stadium, playing squad and other areas of development.

In regards to Rooney, I'm not sure Kane has to break his record by a lot to do it justice due to the penalties...
