My vaccines were Sinovac followed by AZ, my booster was AZ. First two at Hua Hin Hospital.
I expected to be turned away but was not, best if you just go along with your paperwork and passports and give it a shot. 9.00-15.00 hrs
Blooming heck!
That makes my turn around time of 1 hour total even more impressive considering there was loads of walk-ins too!
I know the people who went at 9 to 10 waited 2 hours. I went at 12.45 and was out of there at 13.45

Do you take those with a glass of Vodka - if the Paracetamol doesn’t work the Vodka should!!
I don't think walk-in is available for boosters at Bluport.
On 28 December 2 QR Codes were posted to register for the booster. I would suggest you try that route first. Where it asks for Hospital, if outside of PKK, just select Hua Hin Hospital.
Well, I think I've had my first ever reaction to any vaccine ever. I haven't felt ill as such, just totally drained, couldn't stay awake. I put it down to lack of caffeine. For the first time ever, I refrained from coffee all day. In the end, I had a coffee, and have been fine ever since.

SteveP was referring to Bluport. I remember expecting our names to be checked against the published list but didn't see that happen. Going into the area with tables 1,2,3,4 they only checked vaccine status. So it may well be walk-in , but there may also be conditions such as the 1st two shots were in HH. Or the booster had to be specific to the first 2 shots - SteveP had SV/AZ combo in HH so he would have been OK for AZ today.
One of the tables checks your hospital details and that could be a stumbling block.
Or not.
Anyway if you've got shopping to do or banks to visit in Bluport give it a go.

Don't trust the way that you can't 'feel' vodka sneaking up on you!
But yes, I have imbibed alcohol this evening purely in order to dampen the effects of any flu like symptoms which should be kicking in any time now.
My wife and I had the AZ Booster jabs yesterday. we were in and out in 1hr 30mins and neither of us have had any adverse reactions. Service at Bluport by HHH staff was excellent
Courage is grace under pressure and when circumstances change you change your mind.

A friend who was part of the SV AZ regime at HHH (and who shuttles between HH and Phetchaburi) wants her 3rd vax to be Pfizer, not AZ
Dont ask me why!
Any ideas where she can go to get?
Prepared to pay if necessary
TIA

Try and contact Cha Am hospital to find out if she can get an appointment or when they have the next "walk in"
They had a "walk in" yesterday and offered a choice between AstraZeneca and Pfizer
According to Cha Am Municipality they will have several "walk in" vaccination days during January.
