No idea. I use torrents. I mentioned Netflix because they produce and distribute the series.

I'm fully up to date with the spin off from 'Breaking Bad'....................Better Call Saul

First two episodes were rather bland and the humour was a little too Americanized for me but having now watched 6 episodes it's beginning to get intriguing and Saul is beginning to show his real skill set. Mike (the hit-man/protection guy) has appeared on the scene so I guess Walter will be along soon

Have been watching the first season of 12 Monkeys - based on the movie of the same name (1995) starring Bruce Willis. I love my sci-fi and this series has not disappointed - thoroughly enjoying it thus far.... Well worth a gander!!

"Follows the journey of a time traveler from the post-apocalyptic future who appears in present day on a mission to locate and eradicate the source of a deadly plague that will nearly destroy the human race."

Episodes 1-8 available on Kickass.

A couple of British programmes that I've watched and enjoyed this last week, a new series of Poldark on BBC1 which has been getting good reviews and on BBC2 Banished, it's meant to be a true account of the criminals (many of whom escaped the gallows) who were instead sent to Australia to serve their sentence, although many of them ended up staying there.

Just watched Ep 7. Brilliant. He's a great character and made Breaking Bad for me. The guy who plays Saul is a superb actor at playing useless, he was the same on Fargo also.

Sorry to disappoint bit there will be no sighting of Walt or Jesse Pinkman in season one.

WOLF HALL

First things first - read the book.

Having said that, I watched the first episode of this 6-part BBC historical drama last night (all have been screened and are available for download from the usual places), and it promises to be the best thing I've seen on TV for some time. Excellent acting, atmosphere, setting, writing, etc.
This really is not to be missed.

X COMPANY

Not to be mentioned in the same breath as the above. Entertaining nonsense about a small team of allied 'special forces' infiltrating in occupied France in WW2. Brits, Canadians and Yanks for added international appeal. Led by a woman of course. Worth a look if you have nothing better available and are not put off by a complete lack of plausibility.
This is the way

I watched Wolf Hall as it was being screened via Thai Expat TV and agree it's a great series.

Agreed, the actor playing Mike was brilliant in ep 7.

Sorry to disappoint, but the show runner has said neither Jesse or Walt would appear in the Saul series. Wouldn't surprise me if we get a glimpse of a tan Pontiac Aztec near the series end.

One, possibly 2 characters from Breaking Bad have appeared in Saul. Tuco had a substantial role in one episode. An unnamed character seen talking with Gus Fring had 1 line and was in the background earlier in the scene.

"Backstrom"

This is the name of an overweight, alcoholic, out of shape, slovenly, definitely un-politically correct but brilliant police detective who lives on a river barge with his criminal, gay, Goth younger brother.

It's a brilliant show just about to end it's first season. If it sounds interesting download and watch it from the beginning as parts of the personal story carry on from week to week with a new crime to solve each episode.
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?

^ Must admit, I really did enjoy justified - I'm a couple of seasons down at the moment though. I have masses of movies/shows downloaded, but spending a lot of time in Europe at the moment, so am either watching sport or taking instructions from the Long Haired General on what to do at home/in the garden.....
