The Wildest Bar in Town
Hello All, just have arrived in town and as I do not want to waste my precious time, I would appreciate if some of the 'expat long term residents' could share with me their opinion on the "WILDEST BAR" in town.

Sand Dancer, are you saying that I'm at the wrong side of the bay?sand_dancer wrote:ToniToni Pepperoni wrote:Hello All, just have arrived in town and as I do not want to waste my precious time, I would appreciate if some of the 'expat long term residents' could share with me their opinion on the "WILDEST BAR" in town.

That's a distinct possibility..... HH and wild..... Don't exactly go hand in hand.....Toni Pepperoni wrote:Sand Dancer, are you saying that I'm at the wrong side of the bay?sand_dancer wrote:ToniToni Pepperoni wrote:Hello All, just have arrived in town and as I do not want to waste my precious time, I would appreciate if some of the 'expat long term residents' could share with me their opinion on the "WILDEST BAR" in town.

Head to Pattaya if you're wanting wild-wild.
I've had some wild nights in Hua Hin but it has cost me a few thousand baht.... drank a lot and ended up in the discos/karaoke later on. Just have a wonder about and find a lively bar.
GN.
Edit: bring wild to the bar and not the bar to you....

Guess import from Pattaya might be an option......a boat load on a Saturday morning will certainly create some attention and interest from this rusty HH town

No, it can't be Saturday morning;
Saturday morning is reserved for the Hua Hin Hypertensive, Alzheimers, Diabetic, Osteoporosis, Cataracts and Generally Senile Self Help Group meet, that is if they can remember that it's on every Saturday and they remember they're supposed to come and remember where it is and be capable of getting there and not eat a Mars bar on the way and not break a hip while travelling in the tuk-tuk they forgot to order and are able to see when to tell the tuk-tuk driver to stop, so the town will be quiet(er).
Those of us that don't pass away during the meeting should be free by lunchtime, so if you can delay the boat until the early evening, allowing for our afternoon naps and also put aside any feelings of disdain towards the doubly incontinent, then you might find the 'rusties' getting well oiled.

Frank,
That's what I thought but was worth to try! At least the good news is that you still remember the day and time of the week of your "Self Help Group Meet". But.......will schedule the arrival of the boat until the early evening, but would appreciate the slapper "WISH LIST" latest by Friday morning!

Re: The Wildest Bar in Town
Joking aside, I think your best option as mentioned already would be to become a 'bell ringer' around the karaoke area but you'll need deep pockets for that. You could try and persuade one of the karaoke joints to give you a lock in with 5 girls and a family pack of baby oil and maybe throw in a katoey for a bit of Russian Roulette.
I'd class that as just as 'wild' as drinking Ovaltine with no intention of going to bed.

Re: The Wildest Bar in Town
Define "wild". One man's wild might be another one's tame.
