Now that the Petcharat Hospital Clinic on Petchkasem Road has closed, where are recommended locations for Work Permit medical certificate?

San Paulo do it for 600 odd baht, Bangkok Hospital also issue the same thing for 1,300. I know which one I'd choose.

Just had to do mine again yesterday ... San Paolo all the way, a quarter of the time and price... :thumb:

A couple of years ago wee needed a medical certificate so my wife could do an internal flight with Nok Air although we had flown in a week before from the UK.
Off she went and was back in less than one bottle of beer about 15 minuets :D she just paid her money and was asked do you feel well, and they wrote out a cert with no examination.

Similar to the driving licence medical then. The only requirement for that is the ability to reach your wallet, and extract some cash. :wink:

I went to that clinic opposite Soi 80 this morning for my Driving licence renewal. At reception they asked if it was for Work permit or Driving licence so I guess they will do both. Cost 100bht...go figure

They are different medicals. The DL one is a basic one, the WP one is more complex needs six separate tests (officially).
