I'll be armed with the cam and we'll get something uploaded.

Maybe it could be a good idea  to have a communal computer set up for anyone that would like to post or upload pictures whilst the party is still rocking encouraging members to do this could allow non present forum members to be their in spirit and enjoy the fun. :D

For example

Drunken rambling or pictures could be quite amusing also hot off the press news that Terry has gone viral with his Gangnam dance off or Big Boy has hooked into a whopper. :D

So what do you reckon then Mods?

"... providing all incumbents arrive with a positive party attitude and no gripes."

Please, do not be disappointed when you find out that I am NOT the proverbial party animal.
Actually I am rather shy.
So do not expect any crazy antics from me.
I'm more of a listener than a talker.

Nevertheless looking forward to meeting you all on 2nd January.

MB

Your my type of guy.

Remember a very good Yank friend of mine who sadly took his life a few months ago in Buriram.

Met him my local bar, X US GI, time in Afgan, Iraqi 1st war. In HH on a fat pension and broadcast to all and sundry about his exploits. Told him 'when your mouth is open you are not learning anything'. Scratched his head and gave me 5 and we were the best of friends from then

Major, I look forward to our silent meeting on the second

How to recognise me? I'll be the one sat with my mouth shut, limping, with three Issan people and I'll be in a maroon coloured shirt

Hello Richard of Loxley,

thanks for your kind reply.

Looking forward to meeting you in particular!

As we do not own a car yet and rely on taxis or tuk tuks, my wife
and I have booked a night at the lodge.
So we can retire whenever we feel like it without having to bother
about getting home in the dark.

Have a nice Christmas & Happy New Year!

Warm regards,

MB

Wow this sounds like an awesome event. I shall be in town and will bring four further reprobates with me. Is the 2pm start time realistic or will people be fashionably late. Can I get a tuc tuc to bring me there? Er...thats it.

If someone has connections it may be worthwhile to organize one trip up at say 1400 hours, and one back at ????, with one of those big baht buses, van or something that can hold 10 people or so. Just an idea. Pete
