Ironically, he's received pretty good feedback it seems to me. England manager, chatting on the tube in a friendly manner. Heard on the beeb's 5 live there was an ex-NOW journalist on the train, who nobbed him. Shame really.
Mustn't upset the tetchy senior Ferdinand who simply shouldn't be selected based on current form.

Must agree there. You saw how he was simply 'outrun' during last weekends activities at Old Trafford. He is nowhere near good enough anymore. Anyone with a bit of speed just runs past him.
Increasingly, bar amongst Liverpool fans, that is how he is increasingly perceived. Ok, knobs like Grant Holt, the deadly Norwich striker, might not agree, but the way Hodgson is going about his business is quite refreshing, even if talking out of turn on the tube!
But what an abysmal way to do it. Absolutely zero imagination - the same move, short passes through the middle of the field until they hit a brick wall. How many times were the wide men just stood there as spectators. The limited successes they had all came from wide moves.
And what about handing the captain's armband to Hart? The guy was alone in his own end of the pitch for about 99% of the match. How could he influence things as a captain?
