Seriously, what would you do? Or could be done if anyone knew of a Paedophile living in Hua Hin?

There is a farang paedophile in Hua Hin that I know of but unfortunately nobody can do anything about him. Local police want a formal complaint from a victim and mods of this board are understandably worried about slander charges. I'm not sure if they'll let this post stay up even though I'm not mentioning his name this time.

This guy I'm talking about is an American who has lived in Thailand almost 20 years, mostly Bangkok but he's in HH now. He used to own, moderate and post on a pro- p a e d o p h i l i a message board that was all about making "logical" arguments for adults to have sex with children, wrote about his shameless attempts to change American laws to lower the age of consent, had suggestive photos but was careful not to cross the line, and a forum where p a e d o p h i l e s posted their dreams and experiences.

He took the site down in 2004 after another American friend of his got arrested in Pattaya. He is still in contact with that friend who is in prison in another country on molestation charges. Many of his "free thinker" articles rationalizing p a e d o p h i l i a are still floating around the Internet.

Several people have checked to make sure, and this is absolutely the same guy. If you meet him in person and talk to him at length and he thinks you're game, he will let some of his "rational views" slip out. It is him. He should be under surveillance.
