Spurs at home to Fulham
WBA at home to the Arse
I've got all week to prepare for it
(forgive me if I leave Newcastle and Chelsea out of the equation)
Dangerous!
If we both f**k up, Chelsk win their two & the Geordies win at Everton we could both end 5th & 6th  :lach:
A must win for the gooners
Feel that pressure... feel it squeezing you into a feeling of inevitablility , an "oh shit, we've used up all our (unbelievable) luck this season, van Persie has to start firing blanks now", an "oh my god, Hodgson is obviously not going to win Euro 2011, but he might just do something notable first" sensation...
No pressure . . . . :duck: . . . . . :run:

Hodgson is obviously not going to win Euro 2011
He would be quite the magician if he pulled that off :D . Euro 2012 will do nicely though please Roy.

Astonishingly astute, GLCQ :thumb:

All you need to do now is demonstrate the same optimism for Spurs and I might begin to believe you give a toss.

Terry...

I may not be certain but I have an inclin that Baa Baa's laughing head was in reference to Hodgson getting us the 2012 Euro's rather than myself correcting Dtaii Maii's 'typo'.

Baa Baa said
Next year we'll win the World Cup!
Terry...

I may not be certain but I believe Baa Baa may have been having a dig at his own team with this one after Jimmy G said he'd heard the same optimism from Baa Baa last year regarding Liverpool...

... I'll let Baa Baa clarify for you

Liverpool gain revenge for Saturday's FA Cup final defeat with a 4-1 win over Chelsea to end the Blues hopes of a top-four finish.

Chelsea finish the season in 6th place.

I suppose with the weakened team they put out Chelsea are gambling on winning the European cup to get into next year`s competition.

You believed correctly GLC.

Enjoyed watching Carroll bully Terry.

Essien is a shadow of himself before injuries.

Yep & it think he really does need to get a new set of studs before the CL final :? . . . . . oh! i forgot he's suspended

As is often the case.
He was a beast of a player before his injury, scored a good goal though

Thought it funny the the presenter on Sky asked Ray Wilkins at HT if he thought Chelsea had been celebrating too much and the next morning it was revealed he's been stopped near his Cobham home for DD!

I said they'd be spanked and I was right. Terry had a shocker as did Ivanavic and the game could have easily ended 9 against 9.

Its interesting with JT, when he's bad, its noticed, because of his usual excellence, unlike say, Rio (now, not of a few years ago) and he's probably completely knackered, a set of new studs may help?

Anyway, we had to play with what we did. We simply have no leeway. 4 are suspended for the big gane, Meriles and Mikel are currently injured and as we know, so are Luiz and Cahill. We simply cannot risk any others likely to play. It was sensible management by RDM and we should have been 1-0 up before Liverpool kicked on.

On saying that, irs disapointing to see how Sturridge and Essian have fallen back, although if simply as an extra defender, Essian can still do a job.

As for Liverpool, great result, great performance by Carroll, but with respect, that team isn't a top 4 team.
